Wanna see me walk?

I realize that the updates aren't coming as fast these days, but Mom and Dad are busy chasing me around. I get around everywhere now that I just don't have any use for crawling anymore. I mean walking is so much more fun.

Dad has tried many times to capture this illustrious event for all of you, but as you can see in the video I tend to attack him.

Time to beat the heat!!

When it's 100° outside, I quickly learned where the real fun is!!

My first Birthday!!

Alright! Alright! I know a lot of you have been a little disappointed with my posting schedule lately (or lack there of), but we've been busy. Last night we had my big one year birthday celebration and Dad baked a big cake. At first I wasn't too sure what to do about it...



...but I eventually figured it out. I even managed to blow it out by myself. OK, I'm pretty sure Mom helped, but when I tell this story later — It was me all the way.



Dad was also cool enough to bake me my own cake shaped like the "Number 1" Mmmmm Chocolate.



Since it was Mom's special day too, I decided to give her some of my cake. I think she earned it!

I'll be posting some video soon too, but for a run down of some updates: I'm getting to be a real good walker and it's almost becoming my favorite way to get around. I love to clap and dance. And, as usually, I still love to eat EVERYTHING!!!
